BASO



Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan:
1. Daging sapi cincang
2. Tepung sagu
3. Telur
4. Bawang putih
5. Bawang merah
6. Garam
7. Merica
8. Kaldu bubuk
9. Daun bawang (opsional)
10. Air es
 
Langkah-langkah:
1. Campurkan daging sapi cincang, tepung sagu, telur, bawang putih, bawang merah, garam, merica, kaldu bubuk, dan daun bawang (jika digunakan) dalam sebuah wadah.
2. Aduk semua bahan hingga tercampur rata dan adonan menjadi kenyal.
3. Ambil sedikit adonan, bulatkan dengan tangan untuk membentuk baso.
4. Rebus air dalam panci hingga mendidih.
5. Masukkan baso ke dalam air mendidih dan masak hingga baso mengapung dan matang.
6. Angkat baso dan tiriskan.
7. Baso siap disajikan dengan kuah atau sebagai tambahan dalam masakan lain.

MARTABAK TELOR


Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan:
 
1. Kulit martabak:
- 250 gram tepung terigu
- 1 butir telur
- 1/2 sendok teh garam
- 400 ml air
- 1 sendok makan minyak goreng
 
2. Isian martabak telor:
- 3 butir telur
- 2 batang daun bawang, iris halus
- 1 batang seledri, iris halus
- Garam secukupnya
- Merica secukupnya
- Kaldu bubuk secukupnya
 
Langkah-langkah pembuatan:
1. Campurkan tepung terigu, telur, garam, dan air. Aduk rata hingga tidak bergerindil. Tambahkan minyak goreng, aduk kembali hingga tercampur sempurna. Diamkan adonan selama 1 jam.
2. Panaskan wajan datar, tuang adonan kulit martabak tipis-tipis dan panggang hingga matang. Angkat dan sisihkan.
3. Untuk isian, kocok telur, tambahkan daun bawang, seledri, garam, merica, dan kaldu bubuk. Aduk rata.
4. Panaskan wajan, tuang separuh adonan telur, ratakan, lalu letakkan kulit martabak di atasnya. Tuang sisa adonan telur di atas kulit martabak, ratakan.
5. Lipat martabak menjadi dua, panggang hingga matang dan kecoklatan.
6. Angkat martabak telor, potong-potong, dan sajikan selagi hangat.

MOCHI


Bahan:
- 250 gram tepung ketan
- 100 gram gula merah (sisir halus)
- 100 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa
- Daun pisang untuk membungkus
 
Langkah-langkah:
1. Campur tepung ketan dan gula merah dalam mangkuk.
2. Panaskan santan hingga mendidih, lalu tuangkan ke dalam campuran tepung ketan dan gula merah. Aduk hingga merata.
3. Ambil adonan secukupnya, bulatkan, dan letakkan di atas daun pisang yang telah dipotong kecil.
4. Bungkus adonan dengan rapi menggunakan daun pisang.
5. Kukus moci selama sekitar 30-40 menit hingga matang.
6. Angkat moci dari kukusan, dinginkan sebentar sebelum disajikan.
7. Beri toping sesuai selera dan di sajikan.

RISOL MAYO


Bahan :

Kulit risol
- 10 sdm tepung terigu
- 2 butir telur
- 300 ml Air
- 1 sdm Garam
- 1 sdm Minyak

Isian :
- 3 butir telur rebus
- 4-5 slice smoked beef
- 5 sdm mayonnise
- 1 sdm kental manis
- 2-3 pcs Selice cheese
- 2 butir telur
- Tepung roti
- Minyak goreng

Cara membuat :
1. Campur semua bahan kulit, aduk rata
2. Masak kulit satu persatu hingga adonan habis, sisihkan
3. Campurkan mayonnaise dengan kental
manis, aduk rata
4. Susun isian di dalam, gulung kulit risol
5. Balur risol dengan telur lalu tepung roti, diamkan di freezer selama 1 jam
6. Goreng risol hingga matang kecoklatan
