SATE AYAM LILIT

Bahan-bahan
• 5siung bawang merah besar
• 4 siung bawang putih
• 3bh cabe merah besar
• 5 lembar daun jeruk( buang tengahhnya)
• 1 jempol jahe
• 2 batang sereh (ambil putihnya)
• 1/2 jempol kunyit
• 1 jempol lengkuas
• 1/2 jempol kencur
• 4bh kemiri
• 1sdt ketumbar bubuk
• 1/2sdt merica
• 1 bungkus terasi abc
• 1 sdt garam
• 1sdt gula pasir
• 8-10sdm minyak kelapa( harus pake minyak kelapa ya)
• 200gr ayam giling
• 1 1/2sdm bumbu base Gede
• 2sdm santan kara
• 1sdm bawang goreng
• 2lembar daun jeruk (cincang halus)
• 1sdt garam
• Penyedap secukupnya (optional)
• 1/2sdm gula Jawa cair
• 8 batang sereh ( buat tusukan satenya )

Berikut adalah langkah-langkah untuk membuat sate ayam lilit:

1.Persiapan Bahan:
• Daging ayam cincang
• Bumbu-bumbu seperti bawang putih, bawang merah, serai, jahe, kemiri, ketumbar, dan garam secukupnya
• Kelapa parut
2.Campurkan Bahan:
• Haluskan atau blender bumbu seperti bawang putih, bawang merah, serai, jahe, kemiri, dan ketumbar.
• Campurkan bumbu halus dengan daging ayam cincang dan kelapa parut. Tambahkan garam secukupnya sesuai selera.
3.Bentuk Adonan:
• Ambil adonan ayam dan lilitkan pada tusuk sate. Bentuk adonan secara merata di sepanjang tusuk.
4.Panggang:
• Panaskan panggangan atau grill dengan api sedang.
• Panggang sate ayam lilit hingga matang dan berwarna kecokelatan, sambil sesekali dibolak-balik agar matang merata.
5.Penyajian:
• Sajikan sate ayam lilit dengan bumbu kacang atau dengan irisan bawang merah atau cabe rawit jika diinginkan sebagai pelengkapnya.
